The blade features a unique hamon pattern designed to resemble the majestic Fuji Mountain with a Crescent Moon, making this knife not only a functional tool but also a one-of-a-kind piece of art.

Handmade with extraordinary skill, our Yoshihiro Honyaki knives are forged from the highest quality steel, following traditional techniques rooted in ancient Japanese sword-making. The term "Honyaki" translates to "true forged," representing the pinnacle of Japanese knife-making artistry. Crafted from a single piece of White Steel #1 with a remarkable hardness of 66 on the Rockwell scale, each knife is heated in hearths that reach thousands of degrees before being quenched in cool water, resulting in exceptional durability and performance.
