We want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools and are committed to ensuring your experience meets our highest standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully wrap the knife in its original wooden saya or blade guard and place it inside the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our California distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master technicians inspect the blade for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
