White Steel #2, with a Rockwell hardness of 62, is forged with iron to form the distinctive mist patterns known as Kasumi, a hallmark of this knife's elegant design and durability.

The Yoshihiro Kasumi knives stand out for their unmatched craftsmanship and superior performance. Each knife is complemented by a traditional Japanese style handcrafted Rosewood (Round) handle with a rosewood bolster, ensuring both beauty and functionality.
